Pediatric Occupational Therapy with a twist!
At The Kindness Clinic, we specialize in gymnastics-based occupational therapy for neurodivergent children—using movement, sensory integration, and play to support regulation, motor skills, and meaningful connection. Our sessions are relationship-centered, strengths-based, and rooted in kindness.
We support the development of core strength, balance, coordination, and motor planning through dynamic, full-body movement. From jumping and climbing to crawling and stretching, each activity is designed to help kids feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies.
We help children better understand and respond to the sensory world around them through playful, personalized activities that support integration of touch, movement, sound, and body awareness. Our sensory-rich gymnastics-based environment empowers kids to build regulation, focus, and comfort in their own bodies.
Through play-based interaction and relationship-focused support, we help children build foundational social skills like turn-taking, shared attention, flexible thinking, and problem-solving. Our goal is to foster authentic connection, confidence, and joyful engagement with others.
We support self-regulation by helping children develop awareness of their bodies, emotions, and sensory needs through movement, co-regulation, and connection. Using a nervous system-informed approach, we empower kids with tools to feel calm, centered, and in control.
