At The Kindness Clinic, we believe every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are. We are a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in gymnastics-based Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Adaptive Gymnastics. Our unique approach combines movement, play, and connection to create meaningful opportunities for children to develop skills, build confidence, and thrive. We proudly provide neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based care that honors each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental journey.
Our therapy approach is rooted in the understanding that connection comes before correction, and regulation comes before expectation. Through child-led, play-based experiences in our sensory-rich gymnastics environment, our occupational and speech therapists support sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor development, communication, social connection, and everyday participation. Rather than focusing on compliance or changing who a child is, we prioritize building trusting relationships, supporting autonomy, and helping children develop meaningful skills in ways that feel safe, motivating, and empowering.p>
We also believe that supporting a child means supporting the whole family. Through individualized therapy, inclusive Adaptive Gymnastics classes, parent coaching, and family education, we work collaboratively with caregivers to better understand their child's needs and bring practical strategies into everyday life. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where children feel confident to explore, communicate, connect, and grow—and where families feel empowered, encouraged, and never alone on their journey.
